Wedding Chapels in the Triangle Where All Are Welcome

Wedding Chapels and Officiants in Raleigh and Chapel Hill, NC

You don’t need to be a member of a congregation to get married at the little white chapel of your wedding dreams! If you want the feel of a Christian wedding but aren’t getting married at your own family church, take a look at these beautiful wedding chapels in NC that allow weddings from non-members. These chapels rent their space for wedding ceremonies of any denomination, any faith or no faith. With any of these venues, your wedding will express Southern charm and elegance. If you’re not getting married at your own church, synagogue or mosque, you will also need a wedding officiant. These recommended reverends are the most wonderful wedding ministers in the Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill area. They work with all faiths and backgrounds so that your wedding can be both meaningful and unforgettable.

The Parlour at Manns Chapel, a Charming Intimate Wedding Chapel

The Parlour at Manns Chapel holds a soft spot in the hearts of its surrounding community. Established in 1887 and decommissioned in 1985, in recent years, the historic chapel has been refurbished. Today, it is one of the best intimate wedding venues in Chapel Hill. Thanks to much thoughtful re-purposing, the chapel is living her second life and is a one-of-a-kind space for weddings and other spirited events.

If you envision your dream wedding setting with long farm tables filled with friends and family, passing food while sharing old memories and making new, then The Parlour at Manns Chapel is a must-see. Perfect for a NC wedding for up to 100 guests, your day at the chapel will be filled with personal touches that leave your loved ones feeling valued and inspired. The outdoor garden patio can be used as the ceremony space, cocktail hour, or for post-dinner dancing under the stars! For a sweet add-on, “Ida Lou,” the 1976 wedding suite airstream can make your day even more memorable. The beautifully restored airstream features a private dressing area, luxurious velvet seating and curtains, gown racks, and storage for all of your accessories.

All Saints Chapel: Experience the Gorgeous Venue Where Couples Have Been Getting Married For 140 Years

All Saints Chapel has been called the “Prettiest Chapel in the South.” The gorgeous historic Raleigh chapel wedding venue is open for any couple to rent for their day. All Saints Chapel was built in 1875 and today you can still admire its original glory because of its extensive restoration. Inside you’ll find walls that are lined with stunning stained glass windows, a wooden beamed cathedral ceiling and beautiful woodwork. All Saints Chapel is flexible so you can choose to do the entire celebration at the chapel or move to a second location for the reception.

One of the best parts about this venue is that you can book Empire Eats Catering for your wedding at a reduced rate! All Saints Chapel is operated by the Empire group, which also owns The Pit, Sitti, Raleigh Times, and Gravy. The Empire Catering group offers dishes from each of these restaurants. But don’t fret if you have your heart set on another caterer because All Saints allows outside caterers as well!

Saint Mary’s Chapel, Raleigh’s Historic White Chapel

Let Saint Mary’s Chapel in Raleigh be the warm and intimate setting for your wedding. The historic white chapel and the Saint Mary’s campus itself are both beautiful sights to behold. While Saint Mary’s Chapel is considered the heart of the Episcopal boarding school, you don’t need to be an alumna to book the on-site Raleigh wedding chapel.

Saint Mary’s Chapel is one of the most quaint and charming wedding chapels in Raleigh. Its Gothic Revival style has many gorgeous details that will make your ceremony unforgettable. The steep gable roof, lovely octagonal stained glass window over the door, and the gabled entryway are all original. With the ability to host up to 230 guests, Saint Mary’s welcomes all denominations.
