About the Real NC Wedding Featured on the Southern Bride & Groom magazine 2019 Cover
Southern Bride and Groom 2019 has launched! Check our social media pages this week for updates of where to find your free copy of the magazine around the Triangle Area. You can visit this list of go-to pick up points. This 32nd annual edition of SB&G is for engaged couples in Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill. It’s packed to the brim with local wedding inspiration, planning tips, and the best Raleigh area vendors. Along with the launch, we are thrilled to reveal our first Southern Bride & Groom 2019 cover. The Winter/Spring cover image is from a real NC wedding that took place at the breathtaking River Forest Manor and Marina.
We do not orchestrate a cover photo shoot for our annual magazine. Instead, we invite the preferred SB&G photographers to submit real weddings and shoots to us. It is from this work that two very special images are chosen as our seasonal covers. It’s a tradition that we have a lot of fun with at Team SB&G, and we are always especially excited when the pick is from a real wedding.
This wedding is not only a picture-perfect Southern dream, but it happens to feature the work of several SB&G wedding vendors. So we couldn’t resist sharing a few images, and the beautiful wedding film, from Anna and Cy’s day.
