Pachette and Antonio’s Love Story

You’d never expect to meet the love of your life while shopping at the mall, but that’s exactly what happened when Pachette and Antonio crossed paths at Crabtree Valley Mall. The pair had a spark and knew there was something special between them. Antonio proposed while the couple visited Pachette’s family in the Outer Banks while at dinner (instead of the beach) – due to uncooperative weather. But with bright skies the following day, the couple spent their first day of engagement soaking in the sun on the beach.

Raspberry Pink, Fuchsia and Navy Wedding Party Fashion at Barclay Villa Wedding

The bride looked like a modern day princess in a mermaid strapless wedding gown, while her bridesmaids were show stopping in a beautiful shade of raspberry pink dresses. The rich color paired beautifully with the cobalt blue suit that the groom wore. All the colors of the wedding party were used elsewhere in the wedding decor to tie the entire look together for this Barclay Villa wedding.

Barclay Villa: A Modern Day Castle NC Wedding Venue

Barclay Villa was formerly a wedding venue in Angier NC, which is located less than an hour outside of Raleigh. Barclay Villa is rich in history and really is a modern day castle. It’s history has countless stories and legends of the guests that have come throughout its 200 years of being open. What started as an inn known for its exemplary cuisine, has turned into one of the Greater Triangle area’s most sought after wedding venues.

“We chose Barclay Villa because it is truly a fascinating place. Barclay Villa is like a modern day castle. This venue also has a charming back lawn for an outdoor ceremony and a gorgeous ballroom for a reception,” shared the bride.

The bride shared, “Sarah and I are both from the Outer Banks. I definitely knew that I wanted Sarah to be my wedding photographer. In addition to our Barclay Villa wedding, Sarah also did an amazing job capturing our engagement session at the Elizabethan Gardens and downtown Manteo waterfront.”
