Convenient to downtown Raleigh, if you haven’t already visited Marbles for fun or for a great IMAX experience, walk in to be awed by its stunning architecture, sky high ceilings and vibrant and colorful exhibits.

And surprise! Marbles Kids Museum has spectacular spaces that are ideal for wedding ceremonies and receptions. Downtown Raleigh is the place to be, for fun, entertainment and yes, for your wedding day as well as the after-wedding party gatherings.

A Special Space for Every Size Wedding

Marbles has four wedding spaces to fit your wedding plans. We love the soaring ceiling and open ambiance of the Curiousity Square space. This bright, vibrant area of the museum has a capacity of 250 for a banquet-style event or up to 500 for a standing reception, so this space works for a lot of weddings. It’s fun and architecturally open like a large warehouse, but with a way more modern feel. You even have the option to add-on an exhibit to this space!

The Zanzibar space offers natural daylight from floor-to-ceiling windows and can be divided into any sized space while accommodating up to 180 guests for a seated event. A maximum of 300 guests can comfortably enjoy a seated theater-style ceremony. And, for those of you who are going large or maybe even international with your guest list, you can book Venture Hall or even the Full-Museum Package for your one-of-a-kind wedding.

A big plus is that Marbles Kids Museum offers access to their own catering kitchen and you have the option of choosing your own catering. There’s not an approved list, but if you have special catering or international food needs, you can speak with the events team about ethnic options for catering.

Micro Wedding Packages at Marbles Kids Museum

If you’re looking for a Raleigh wedding venue for a small wedding, look no further! Marbles Kids Museum offers a dedicated all-inclusive micro wedding package for groups of less than 30 people. This package includes catering and desserts from some of our recommended NC wedding vendors; Rocky Top Catering, and Edible Art Bakery. Choose from an indoor or outdoor space and work with a wedding planner at the museum to incorporate fun elements into your special day.
