Warehouse Wedding Venue with Cityscape Views; Traine at Historic Seaboard Station

Nestled in the historic Seaboard Railroad Station in downtown Raleigh, Traine is an authentic warehouse venue to host weddings and special events. The building was constructed in the early 1900s as the original railroad station in Raleigh, NC. It served railway customers from 1941 until 1958. This beautiful building has many original features like brick walls and exposed timber beams, and is surrounded by historic charm in a neighborhood next to William Peace University.

Traine is an elegant location hosting countless events. Plan your next pop-up shop, wedding, networking night, poetry reading or business training here! The natural beauty of the space makes it a stunning, unique spot for any event you can dream up. Owner Richelle Norman has been helping to plan weddings and other events at the venue since 2019. She took over ownership of the venue in early 2023.
