If you are an Oak City dweller you are probably aware of the hip restaurant known for eats and cocktails, Hummingbird Raleigh. Its industrial vibe is carried through to an incredible event space adjoining the restaurant. Owner Coleen Speaks leads the team at her boutique catering company, too. Raleigh dwellers love PoshNosh Catering! With their kitchen at this same location, PoshNosh makes this venue an inclusive experience. That is quite rare with warehouse wedding venues in NC.

Whitaker & Atlantic – a Unique Industrial Warehouse Wedding Venue in Raleigh

This beautiful, modern event space features a grand room with high ceilings, textured concrete floors and gold accented fixtures. That includes a fabric backdrop for ceremony or DJ, and funky wallpaper along the staircase. This Raleigh venues include natural wood and steel, soft grays, and blush and ivory hues.

A spacious three-season porch runs the length of our ground floor. Use the open air space for cocktail hour – even with rain.

A staircase leads to an elegant getting ready suite, with its own private bathroom. Also, consider utilizing this space for an extra lounge area.

Here, host a wedding for 150 guests at a comfortable, seated event. Or, if a standing cocktail event is more your style, invite up to 300! However, it still feels cozy for more intimate groups. Ask about the onsite curtains which can make the room smaller. Alternately, utilize then to accommodate a room flip. A beautiful handcrafted wooden bar is the centerpiece of the event room. Having a state-of-the-art, fully outfitted catering kitchen on the premises means they can seamlessly offer a diverse array of culinary possibilities. They also have all ABC permits for full bar service.
