This is a casual event where The Parlour at Manns Chapel opens its doors and offers guided tours for those interested in booking the venue for any event you may be planning. Or, forego the guided tour and stroll about on your own taking in all The Parlour has to offer!
About the Parlour:
Love big, celebrate small. The Parlour is an intimate wedding venue offering a beautifully restored little white chapel, European-inspired courtyard, lushly landscaped gardens and the Pew House in Chapel Hill, NC. As the only venue in the Triangle that’s created for the refined, intimate event experience, where intimate means togetherness with the ones that mean the most.
Here, you will find an eclectic combination of old and new elements. The 1887 Chapel boasts original heart pine floors and stained glass windows, historic salvaged “mirror wall,” sophisticated chandeliers and two dressing suites. An array of vintage and modern pieces are included in all bookings to add further charm (and save money!) to the atmosphere of your wedding day. Including lounge pieces, decor tables, altar bar, original chapel pews, all seated tables and chairs and much more!
With multiple ceremony locations and event layouts, couples choose to host a mix of daily events inside and out. Market lights and a blooming landscape create a romantic ambiance that both you and your guests will remember fondly for years to come. A vintage 1976 Argosy Airstream located in the garden can also serve as a fun dressing room, dessert station, bar backdrop or photography setting.
This dream setting has capacity to host up to 100 guests or less with a range of packages to suit your guest count ~ The thoughtful guest list allows you to focus on a highly put-together experience, filling your day with personal touches that leave you and your guests feeling valued and inspired.
If you don’t believe in obligatory invites and you value knowing everyone at the table, The Parlour is with you. If you prefer styled, more creative details over an “audience,” then celebrate small with The Parlour, where “small” means well-curated, discerning and the mark of meaningfulness. The Parlour now offers in-house planning featuring The Gathering Co., working closely with the venue team to make your love story dreams come true.
