They also implemented a green initiative, ensuring minimal waste and maximum recycling efforts while placing an emphasis on locally-sourced ingredients. Their outstanding service and reputation has even earned them the exclusive catering contract at the North Carolina Museum of Art.

Catering Works’ Culinary Team

The culinary team at Catering Works is made up of creative innovators with professional training from distinguished institutions such as Johnson & Wales, The California Culinary Academy of San Francisco and the Culinary Institute of America. Founder Jill Santa Lucia is still heavily involved, alongside longtime Executive Chef Rich Carter.

The sales team is prepared and responsive and ready to guide a couple through the process of bringing their vision to life. The production team is courteous, professional, timely and accommodating. The in-house floral studio and design planning services set them apart from their competition.  Customer service is paramount to them, and the entire team works in harmony to ensure they meet and exceed their client’s expectations.
