Branches Coffee Co. was born out of a simple but powerful observation: meaningful employment opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities were far too rare. “We believed that needed to change,” says co-owner Nicole Shifflett. With the goal to provide meaningful jobs and training for those folks, the idea grew into a mobile coffee cart fueled by a whole lot of heart and a growing community of baristas who bring intention and joy to every drink they craft.

Branches brings handcrafted espresso and coffee drinks and its passion for inclusivity and community to events throughout North Carolina. Its team is made up of talented individuals who pour their passion into every cup. The group built Branches from the ground up to be an inclusive workplace where everyone has a seat at the table and a role that matters. “When you book us for your wedding, you are not just getting exceptional coffee – you are supporting a mission that believes great work comes in all kinds of hands,” Nicole says.

Customizable Wedding Drink Packages

Branches’ cute pink coffee cart and baristas travel to weddings ready to serve guests handcrafted drinks made to order. Every Branches cart experience starts with its base package, which includes two hours of on-site service. From there, you can customize to your needs by adding additional time or expanding to serve a higher guest count, or add on coffee service for the wedding party the morning of.
