Author and Durham Poet Laureate Chris Vitiello is a street poet that creates personal poems as a form for live entertainment at weddings. Chris began practicing street poetry at various events around Durham, but it wasn’t until he was gifted a fox mascot suit that the Poetry Fox persona really took off. Chris describes himself as a giant fox that bangs out custom, on-demand poems on a vintage typewriter. 

The Poetry Fox is out to change the traditional wedding vibe by bringing in a unique artistic perspective. Chris provides a new type of wedding entertainment that is almost guaranteed to be unlike anything else your guests have seen at a wedding before.
