The pristine private club wedding venue is located at a manicured championship golf course, offering sun-drenched views of the lush landscape and stunning, stately photo backdrops. The Club at 12 Oaks is renowned for its upscale Southern-chic aesthetic, welcoming hospitality and modern sophistication. Its elegant indoor and outdoor event spaces are suited to elegant aesthetics, white-glove luncheons or vibrant social events – with room for receptions of up to 250 seated guests or 350 standing.

Its outdoor lawn is a prime location for ceremonies, though the pavilion – complete with floor-to-ceiling windows, ornate chandeliers and elegant white draped ceilings – is one of the most elegant Holly Springs event venues, no matter the weather. The Oakview Room is available year-round and is ideal for bridal showers, intimate wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners and other small gatherings. The space can hold up to 50 guests, featuring a sweeping view of the golf course from the attached patio, which also serves as one of the venue’s private getting-ready suites.

The Golden Oak can hold up to 75 guests and is perfect for rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, cocktail hours and larger dinners – available February through May. The room features a pool table, eight flat-screen TVs and large windows overlooking the pool. The Social Parlor is a charming space ideal for bridal showers, intimate rehearsal dinners and smaller gatherings of up to 30 guests. It also serves as the club’s second private getting-ready suite.
