The Stockroom at 230

There is an elevated area, which can be used as a lounge, or for the cake display. There is also a chalk wall, which can be decorated as a welcome sign or sweetheart table backdrop – the options are endless!

The Stockroom at 230 can host large weddings, comfortably seating up to 185 for a meal or hosting 275 guests at a standing reception. This wedding venue is also a shot walk (or ride) away from many downtown Raleigh hotels and restaurants, which is super convenient for your wedding guests.

The Glass Box at The Stockroom at 230

You may opt to add-on one or two dressing suites when you book your wedding at The Stockroom at 230.

The crown gem is called The Glass Box. This is a penthouse suite in the same building, located a couple of floors above The Stockroom. This space can be rented for stand-alone intimate Raleigh events like a rehearsal dinner, or used as a space for getting ready ahead of your event. However, it also work beautifully as well as a place for wedding-day portraits, with its ample natural light and outdoor roof deck in the center of downtown Raleigh.

There is a second, industrial suite that can be added-on to your reservation as well!

The Empire Events Family

The Empire Events team owns and operates The Stockroom at 230. You’re likely familiar with this team – they own several restaurants around town (including The Pit, Sitti and Gravy). The Empire Eats Catering group offers dishes from each of these restaurants.

Couples can book Empire Eats Catering for their Stockroom wedding at a reduced rate. But The Stockroom does not restrict to their own catering, and does allow the wedding clients to bring outside caterers to the venue as well.
