The business is led by chef Katie Featherstone, who has spent years cultivating her culinary skills by taking on various roles in food and beverage service, from interning at the Michelin-starred George Hotel in Yarmouth, UK, to working at local North Carolina farms to managing a fromagerie. Katie earned a degree in sustainable agriculture from Central Carolina Community College, and her knowledge of sustainable farming paired with her training in classical cooking techniques is what drives White Clover’s menus.
