Beau’s Brunch at the Colonial Inn in Hillsborough, NC
The Colonial Inn in Hillsborough, NC has recently been restored and reopened as a luxury wedding venue, hotel and dining space. Take in the beauty of the building and its surroundings on Sundays, when you can reserve a spot to enjoy brunch at the Inn crafted by Beau’s Catering.
The original Colonial Inn was known by locals and travelers for it’s authentic and savory southern homestyle cooking. After over 20 years of waiting, Beau’s Catering is bringing that memory back to life with their local and free-range signature fried chicken, a secret recipe only used at the Inn. Fried chicken, shrimp and grits, or sweet potato hash will give guests that southern taste they’ve been craving from the Colonial.
