Chuck Gavazzi and Andy Pacos met at work, where they are both VPs within the same national emergency medicine management company. For nearly a year Chuck noticed Andy around the hospital. Finally, a real conversation led to a first date. When Andy toasted to “new friendships,” Chuck knew he was in for the long haul, and years later, when Andy proposed, Chuck’s reply was “Absolutely.”
