Angela B. Cameron founded An Event Lady Production. Angela provides detailed, strategic guidance to engaged couples and offers custom wedding planning packages based on the individual needs of each client.

Lauren O’Brien is a wedding planner with more than 13 years of experience. She loves helping engaged couples plan events that are not only beautiful in photo galleries, but a joy to experience in the moment. She founded Lauren O & Co. after spending years working a corporate job and longing to find an outlet to flex her creative prowess. Since then, Lauren has planned beautiful, elegant events across North Carolina.

Lavish Leaf

Adama Jay-Harrison is the creative visionary behind NC wedding florist Lavish Leaf! Adama draws on influences like music, art, and pop culture in creating vibrant and lush floral displays and installations.

John Branch IV Photography

Raleigh native John Branch IV began photographing weddings in New York City in 2014. His background in audio production and eye for composition made him a natural. When he moved back to Raleigh in 2018, John continued to sharpen his skills, including videography.

John prioritizes creating a relaxed atmosphere during wedding days that puts everyone at ease. “I want couples to feel like I’m not just their vendor, but a part of their family, which helps everyone feel more comfortable [in front of the camera].”

At the end of the day, John’s a true romantic. “I’m so invested in my couples,” he says. “I definitely cry at weddings all the time. This is a little more than just a job.”

April Pyatt strives to connect with celebrants deeply. “I usually maintain a relationship with my couples so that our paths cross after the event,” April says. “I have planned weddings that lead to baby showers and anniversary parties.”

April’s meticulous, process-oriented nature leads her to “approach wedding planning the way I would a corporate project,” she says. “[My team] focuses on schedule and budget … our goal is for our client’s shoulders to drop and for them to actually enjoy the planning process.”
