A Preview of Wedding Dresses carried by Tre Bella Bridal Salon in Durham NC
Anne Barge is a well known and revered name in wedding fashion. Known for combining timeless elegance with current trends, she is perfect for the Southern bride who is a little bit demure and a little bit fashionista.
Blue Willow by Anne Barge launched a few years ago. Geared toward brides with a more moderate price point for their wedding dress ($2,000 range), but seeking that couture look, the Blue Willow collection features Anne’s signature style of clean lines and delicate details.
At bridal market in NY last fall, SB&G previewed the Fall 2016 collection, which is equally stylish as it is romantic. Today, we’re sharing the photos taken by Riley MacLean Photography at the preview. NC brides who fall in love with the preview below (it’s hard not to!) should head to Tre Bella Bridal. Located in downtown Durham, Tre Bella is owned and operated by two sisters. Brides will love the warm atmosphere created by the genuine and easy-going staff.
We absolutely adore themed collections – each gown is named for a famous wedding venue. And of course, we have a soft spot for this gown, as it’s named for a beloved NC venue – the Biltmore Estate! A full A-line gown with a bateau neckline, ‘Biltmore,’ below, is covered from top to bottom, and on its sheer back, in romantic Chantilly lace.
Strapless sweetheart never goes out of style, nor does a full ball gown skirt. ‘Amberley’ is sprinkled with tiny silk flowers.
A unique ballgown for the classic bride, ‘Cloister’ features a bodice of mixed lace bands, pockets, and a pleated skirt in white Mikado silk.
‘Plaza’ is a dynamite mermaid gown, and achieves a second look with a detachable tiered tulle overskirt.
What do you get when you layer tulle on tulle? Pure romance! A rosette sequined layer gives ‘Ritz’ a fairytale feel.
Not a shabby place to hang out and admire beautiful wedding fashions – in a suite overlooking Central Park, at The London NYC Hotel.
‘Ryland’ is a charming high-low dress with a sweep train of dupioni silk.

This strapless mermaid, ‘Vanderbilt,’ has Chantilly lace and is framed by Alancon lace.
‘Vanderbilt’ is shown again below, this time looking extra enchanting paired with a cathedral veil.
