Originally North Carolina’s capital, this historic site offers timeless romance with sculpture gardens, colonial sites and architecture along the riverfront.
Tryon Palace has nine distinct outdoor event spaces. One of these gardens faces the Trent River for beautiful views. Formal gardens provide the perfect backdrop for spring and summer garden parties accented by blooming flowers and plants. The Latham garden is another formal setting with colonial gardens and flowers that bloom seasonally. The Hawks Allée is a European-style harden with marble statues and beautiful plants blooming back and forth year round.
