Local Love From Beau Catering NC
Beau Catering offers NC couples fresh and seasonal fare, most of which comes directly from local farms. Their dishes are made in-house, along with proteins cooked on-site to ensure that the ingredients remain “the star of the dish.”
A noteworthy bonus of hiring Beau’s Catering for your wedding may include “The Beau Show.” Better than Food Network TV, on this live show Beau loves to make an appearance at his gigs, to talk about the details behind each of your wedding dishes. So shimmy on up to the table for a sampling of his Grandmom’s corn pudding recipe, NC Shrimp n’ grits or Cali styled lime baked flounder with fire roasted red pepper sauce.
